Practice Info:
This practice will focus on infield fundamentals, including proper fielding mechanics, footwork, and quick transfers to first base. We’ll run double-play drills and work on making strong throws under pressure. Batting practice will include live pitching to improve timing and pitch recognition. We’ll wrap up with situational defense to build game awareness.

Don’t forget to bring:

• Full gear (glove, bat, helmet, cleats)

• Plenty of water

• Hat and sunscreen

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset!
